How about if they just switched off their computers and nagged their neighbours instead.
If all abuse people,set their P.C.to safe mode,would this not make it easier for all.?
Ignore the negative comments, know what you mean. If parental mode was set on PC would it stop internet grooming of kids? is the question I think he is asking.
