Does any one know on the internet were i can c a toural to set up a network connection using dial up!!?
the computer needs a modem in it. you plug it into a phone jack on the wall just like a phone. Then you have to have an Internet Service Provider that you call with your computer. The ISP provides a list of numbers for your computer to use. Most phone companies offer Internet Service...

This covers physical cleaning and cleaning unneeded files from the hard drive. To clean dust from the inside, use compressed air. Be very careful if you take off the tower cover. Don't touch the components. Static electricity can damage them.

This one is a little better at explaining how to clean files from the drive.

Either show that the set is a subspace of C(R) or explain why it is not a subspace. note: R in () is real numb
1. {f in C(R) | f(x) %26lt; or = 0, All x in R},
2. {f in C(R) | f(0)=0}
3. {f in C(R) | f(0)=2}
Either show that the set is a subspace of C(R) or explain why it is not a subspace. note: R in () is real numb
#1: not a subspace. For let f(x) = -1, then f is in the set {f∈C(R) : ∀x∈R f(x) ≤ 0}, but -1*f(x) = 1 is not, so this set is not closed under scalar multiplication
#2: a subspace. Note that the zero function is in the space. If f and g are two functions such that f(0) = 0 and g(0) = 0, then (f+g)(0) = f(0) + g(0) = 0 + 0 = 0, so it is closed under addition, and finally if f is a function such that f(0) = 0 and k is any scalar, then (kf)(0) = kf(0) = k*0 = 0, so it is closed under scalar multiplication.
#3: not a subspace. Every subspace must contain the zero function, and this one does not (it is also closed neither under addition nor scalar multiplication).
Reply:Recall (one definition of) a subspace is a set such that if x,y are in it, and a is a scalar, then ax + y is also in the set. Consequently, 0 is a member of the subspace (show it). Also, if x is in the set, then ax is also (just take y =0)-- that is, the set is closed under multiplication by a scalar.
3 is eliminated because 0 isn't in it. 1 is eliminated because say the constant function -1 is in that set, but 1 is not, so it isn't closed under multiplication by a scalar. 2 is fine.

My homepage is set to a html file C:\sample.html, how do I put this in trusted site?
I made my own homepage and have it located at
C:\sample.html
sample.html has some javascript on it that gets blocked by Internet Explorer, then I have to click at the top of the page and then allow the content. How do I configure internet explorere so this sample.html file is in my safe zone.
I went to Tools %26gt; Internet Options %26gt; Security. I went to try to add the site in the internet section and it said it had to have a valid http: address. So I then tried the Local Intranet and then tried addid C:\sample.html and it said there was a problem.
any ideas?

Install Apache web server, then you can put sample.html into the htdocs folder and it will appear as
http://localhost/sample.html

Prove that if (N,v) is a market game then C (N,v) ≠empty set?
Probably the game is convex and then the core is not empty

How can I assign my hard drive to letter c:. It is currently set to e:?
You would have to reinstall the OS and when doing so make sure to remove any additional USB flash drives or memory card readers to be removed and if there is an internal memory card reader in the system go to bios and Disable it and reinstall the Operating System, you can directly change the drive letter for the Os installed Drive but that will not let you boot to windows. Boot.ini file wont recognise your OS directory when you manually change the drive letter.
How can I assign my hard drive to letter c:. It is currently set to e:?
If you are on xp go to the drive management and change the current c drive to f and then change your e drive to C. Go back and change the f drive to e.
Reply:Goto control panel %26gt; Administrative tools %26gt; Computer management %26gt; disk management. In the disk management all of your partition details will be displayed. just right click your e: partition and and select change drive letter. Select c: from the list.
Note: IF your e: contains any OS or programs installed they might not work if you change.
Reply:Hi there.
You can do the following:
1) Start menu, Control Panel, Performance Maintenance, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Under the Storage tree .. click on "Disk Management"
2) Under Volume heading (where all your hard drives/partitions are named), click the drive you want to change to C: (in this case E:)
3) Right-click on that drive name and choose "Change drive letters and Paths...
4) Click on the "Change button" and a small window box comes up. There's a pull down list on the right hand side, and from there, choose C: and OK.
There's prob some warning, make sure you understand what it says.
You'll prob have to reboot. Don't remember from memory.
NOTE: If you do change your drive letters, you MAY end up with a NON-BOOTING computer and your programs will no longer run (since they're still referenced to the old drive letter). Do this at your own risk, and full understand what you're about to do.
Hope this helps!
Reply:using the windows partition manager, u can do renaming and resizing the hard disk,
buy a full version, or download from net both software and cracker, this will cleaner ur problem

Set the current directory in C#?
How do I set the current directory to the one in which the program itself resides without using an absolute path in the Directory.SetCurrentDirectory() function?
Set the current directory in C#?
You can use System.Reflection.Assembly.GetExecutingA... to get the directory the exe resides.
